Tai Chi and Qigong
An "internal" martial arts program, which starts with developing and strengthening internal energy and mental focus before training the physical body (muscles, tendons, ligaments, bones, and joints). [This is contrary to the main adult Kung Fu program which starts with training the physical body and later goes into internal training. One path starts on one side of the mountain, and the other path starts on the other side of the mountain, but both paths end up in the same place.] Unlike the flashy martial arts moves typically done by Jackie Chan or Jet Li, Tai Chi and Qigong moves at a slower paces and take patience, daily training, and meditation to see progress and results.
Even though Tai Chi looks like the "prettier" martial arts form compared to what you typically see on T.V. or in the movies, it's actually a violent form of Kung Fu. Unlike most other schools, we include information about the original fighting/self-defense applications of the forms.

This program currently includes:
24-Posture Tai Chi Form
Shibashi (18-Movements) Qigong Set
Zhan Zhuang (Post Standing) Meditation
Sitting Qigong
Application/Self-Defense training:
Defense against an attacker
Anti-Takedown defense
Push Hands training
