Sifu Aaron McKillip

Sifu McKillip has earned teaching certifications in 3 different lineages of Ving Tsun (Wing Chun) each time earning him the title of Sifu. In the Moy Yat Ving Tsun system in particular he has learned under the guidance of two different disciples of Grand Master Moy Yat. Sifu McKillip has earned the title of Sifu in the lineages of the Yip Man Ving Tsun system, the Shaolin Halls system and the Hek Ki Boen Eng Chun Pai system, each having its unique perspective on the system of Wing Chun. Sifu McKillip is also knowledgeable in Chi Sim Weng Chun. 

Along with these teaching certifications Sifu McKillip also has experience in Kuk Sool Wan, Jeet Kun Do, Filipino Arnis, Chen Tai Chi Chuan, Yang Tai Chi Chuan, Qigong, Hsing-I, Shuai Jiao, Krav Maga, Taekwando and Muay Thai.

 

During his time at the Headquarters School in Dayton, Ohio Sifu McKillip held the position of Head Instructor and FDA (Front Desk Administrator) teaching 6 days a week (25 classes a week) to well over 100 active students.  Sifu McKillip also handled many office duties as well as helping with coordinating events, communicating with branch schools, Assisting his Sifu with visiting Masters and GM's, serving as a translator for Spanish speaking instructors out of the country.  At the same time he continued his training 6 – 7 days a week

 

In 2018, Sifu McKillip moved back to the Kansas City area in order to open his school. Currently, he is focused on further training in Ving Tsun, San Da, Muay Thai, Shuai Jiao, Tai Chi, and I Liq Chuan in his personal martial arts journey and is also heavily focused on building his school.
